By accessing or using CareerOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

CareerOS offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period. Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan with applicable feature limitations.

CareerOS uses artificial intelligence to generate career reports, job matches, salary estimates, and recommendations. These outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated insights. Always verify critical information independently and consult qualified professionals for career decisions.

You retain ownership of any content you upload, such as your resume. By uploading content, you grant CareerOS a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing our services. You agree not to upload content that violates any law, infringes on intellectual property rights, or contains malicious code.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerOS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
